Our goal is to provide our community affordable professional services that include therapeutic massage and bodywork, energy treatments that support the healthy processing of mental and emotional stress, developmental and holistic systems management of vital lifeforce energy, and education of positive health practices from a grounded foundation of personal accountability within the realm of infinite possibility. THERAPEUTIC & INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE

Bodywork based on a variety of modalities and techniques, designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, and realign the body. Clients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. Treatments are tailored to work on your specific goals and needs. While regular appointments can show marked improvement, even one treatment can make an enormous difference in one's health and daily experience.

REIKI & ENERGYWORK

Healing can be a mysterious process. Energywork focuses directly on the vital lifeforce energy present within the physical body. These energy pathways connect the organs as well as all the major and minor corporeal systems with the more subtle mental and emotional bodies. Many traditions have addressed healing on the energetic level for hundreds, even thousands of years. Holistic treatment including Reiki, Medical Qi-gong, Access Consciousness, and other energy modalities can greatly increase the success and longevity of healing work.

LOVE BASED SPIRITUALITY

We believe that Love and Gratitude are the unifying powers that energize and connect all things. We support each souls unique expression and seek to uplift the awareness and enlightenment of all beings. We offer guidance and spiritual level healing to assist in moving through personal, ancestral, and global karmic challenges where many of the deepest core wounds are rooted. From this sacred space the physical, emotional, and mental symptoms can often be fully addressed and transformed.

Our philosophy is based on a combination of many different paths, personal journeys, and combined experiences with the intention of personal, family, community, and global healing. We do not subscribe to religious doctrine and we support people of all faiths in their desire to heal; to be whole and balanced. We encourage the spiritual development of all people, so we may more effectively and lovingly live, create, and play together in harmony and peace. We support sustainable practices and local businesses. We are educators who continually advance our own knowledge and skills, surfing the range of teacher-student. We view the world as we want it to be, and we hold the highest space for humanity to align with our Highest Selves, Highest Potential, Highest Purpose.

Donation-based Personal Services

I AM HEALING shifted into providing personal healing services by donation in October 2011. The intention behind this practice is to remove all expectation from the therapist so that the clearest channel for healing is present during each treatment. We ask that donation be exchanged at the close of the session so that a fair and equal donation can be assessed by the client directly. We also understand in some cases the client is unable to offer an equal financial contribution and ask that they donate within their means, with the trust that others who can contribute above and beyond will balance our overall income. Donation-based can be viewed as sliding-scale, with the receiver deciding the payment based on their financial ability and the value of the healing they receive. If you would like to contribute financially to off-set the costs I AM HEALING incurs by providing services to the public on a donation basis, please donate directly to our paypal at paypal@iamhealing.us. We encourage those who are financially able and would like to support us in this way to simply book a session for your own healing treatment and contribute above and beyond what you would like to donate. Standard rates for massage in Santa Barbara County are $1-2 per minute]

The Four Agreements

We live by and encourage following these simple personal agreements:

1. Be Impeccable with your Word: Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the Word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your Word in the direction of truth and love.

2. Don’t Take Anything Personally: Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.

3. Don’t Make Assumptions: Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4. Always Do Your Best: Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.

Allyson Avila

Offering a variety of healing modalities, Ally has always possessed a natural ability to heal and her training has given her the necessary tools to facilitate both amazing body- and energy-work. She has been formally trained in Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Deep-tissue, Trigger-point therapy, pregnancy (pre-natal) massage, Access Energy, and is a Reiki Master-Teacher. Her massage is extraordinarily relaxing and balancing, and her acute ability of observation only strengthens her training.

Ally is sought after for her focused touch and strong psychic abilities which inform her approach. She is a gifted clairvoyant who often shares her guidance during or at close of treatment.

Metatron (Alan Avila)

CAMTC Massage License #67759

Metatron completed his initial Massage Training in 2003, which included a foundation in Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, & Reiki. Since then he has augmented his practice with Access Consciousness, Medical QiGong, and Visceral Lymphatic Drainage (Chi Nei Tsang). He has furthered his Reiki training to become a Reiki Master-Teacher in order to initiate students into the Reiki tradition.

Metatron is known for his deep integrative healing fusion that combines massage elements of deep tissue, trigger point, multi-point therapy, and myofascial release coupled with Reiki, medical qi-gong, and chakra balancing.
