CBD Hemp Oil - changing the world
After much research, personal experimentation, and results of sharing with friends and family – I AM HEALING has joined the radically expanding CBD industry. After six months of careful consideration, fact finding, scrutiny, having pangs of feeling like it might be too good to be true, then meeting the scientist and board of directors, and creating relationships with so many awesome men and women involved in this company – we are fully on board and excited for the opportunity this Oil brings with it. The EndoCannabinoid System (ECS) is a group of endogenous cannabinoid receptors that are naturally occurring in the bodies of all mammals – which proves the natural relationship between our bodies and cannabinoids (found in Cannabis & Industrial Hemp, and in lesser degrees contained in Echinacea, Cacao, Black Pepper, and a few other flowers.) The research on the ECS and CBD is relatively new in the US and since the 2014 Farm Bill released Hemp from being targeted as an illegal substance, many new studies are springing into action. Prior to this, Hemp and CBD were lumped in with Marijuana, creating a devastating absence of CBD from our diets for the last 4 generations – which is hypothesized as a major contributing factor to the explosion of chronic dis-ease and illness in the United States and around the world (where our drug policies and corporate agendas are emulated.) There are many cultures around the world that have used cannabis and hemp extracts for health; China and the Middle East have historically used it for centuries if not millennia, and it was available and consumed in the United States through tinctures and salves until its prohibition in 1937. The EndoCannabinoid System itself was only recently discovered (modern re-discovery?) in 1992, which research continues to reveal its importance to the human body as a communicator and balancing agent of all the body’s systems, included as an essential part in gene transcription.
A quick overview of the ECS and what these naturally occurring CBD receptors do in the body provides background to its supportive function in establishing balance to our physical bodies as well as our mental and emotional operations. Intake of external CBD activates and tonifies our own internal ECS; this not only turns on our EndoCannabinoid System, but boosts it and allows for the naturally occurring process to thrive! It is easy to see how this information, research, and plant can benefit human (and animal) kind. The Hemp/CBD industry is poised to jump to $2 Billion+ in consumer sales by 2020 (see forbes article). As research continues, and results are integrated into modern medical practices, we stand at the precipice of a radical transformation to our health systems and potentially to our very way of Life. Hemp and CBD have yet to be officially integrated into medicine, and as such, our primary sources are available as dietary supplements – meaning it is illegal to make claims of it’s treatment toward medical conditions. While there is much 3rd party evidence and the testimonies of those who have experienced significant improvement with chronic conditions – we must largely leave this to individual study and experimentation.
